Refund Policy

14-Day Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our home and garden goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, tags, and documentation.

  • Required Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused and returned to the sender.

How to Request an RMA

To start your return process:

  1. Request: Send an email to (email coming soon) within the 14-day window. Please include your Order Number, the Item(s) you wish to return, and the Reason for Return.

  2. Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a unique RMA number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping the Return

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in return transit.

  • Packaging: Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the return package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
